How to improve bottom 3rd of face? Would a genioplasty advance my receding chin despite deep labial fold?

I don't understand why my side profile looks like this. It seems I have loose skin under my neck, specifically on my left side profile more than my right. Why is this happening? Im 150 pounds 5'10 so I know it's not my weight. And why is it more apparent on my left side? Do I have a receding chin? I don't want to have an implant, but I was considering a genioplasty. I want to understand my side profile. I really would appreciate professional advice as I am very sad and lost on what to do.

You have many good options. Filler can be used temporarily.  An implant can be done or a genioplasty. Please know that a genioplasty also involves an implant. The implant with a genioplasty is the metal screws and plates used to hold the chin in its new position.  Otherwise we use a silicone implant which is very natural and safe.

Very likely that combination of liposuction of neck and jawline with chin implant would be a good procedure in your case. You should discuss this option with your surgeon. If available, 3D simulation would help. Good luck.
